The Machinist

I'm having two problems watching Mr Bale play the Machinist.

Number one: He is way too thin. It is painful to look at him.

Number two: In one scene he says to the woman serving him pie in the airport cafe, "Do you know how I am?", and all I can answer is "I'm Batman."
